You read about this with knowledge of ACS long history of failure you have to wonder what the point of the agency is, likewise its contractors. This is the kind of stuff you do right or not at all. Since the former appears to be impossible administration after administration, I’m not sure shutting them all down isn’t the best thing. Maybe take the savings and route them into a school system that actually teaches kids…?
